Beschreibung
Start at the Obersee and follow the Maranerstrasse to the road curve above Haus Prätschwald. Then follow the forest path for about 40 minutes to the forest road in the direction of Ochsenalp. After a 10-minute walk, the path to Langwieser Aussicht branches off to the right. From there you can see the idyllic Walser village of Langwies and its famous viaduct as well as the upper Schanfigg. Afterwards it takes about 1.5 hours on the forest road to The Ochsenalp. You can indulge yourself with various homemade specialties. According to the motto "patschifig"! "Patschifig" stands for "cozy" in Graubünden. Strengthened, we continue over the Rote Tritt past the Prätschalp to the Maran. From Hof Maran you start the final stage via the Eichhörnliweg back to the Obersee.

The Rhaetian Railway runs hourly from Chur (Coira) to Arosa. Upon arrival at Arosa train station, you are directly at the starting point of the hike.
