The 3.5 room apartment has been newly renovated in a modern chalet style. The apartment is quiet, but right next to the train station and the ski lift. In the immediate vicinity is the local infrastructure (restaurants, shops). The apartment has south orientation with a great view and is very well equipped and spacious. The apartment has comfortable furniture, a high wooden ceiling, high rooms up to the wooden roof and a balcony. There are two bedrooms, a workplace with a view and ski cellar as well as an underground parking space. Wood stove/fireplace/fireplace and underfloor heating make the apartment very cosy and warm. Kitchen and bathroom are fully equipped. There are windows in all directions.

In the Christmas and New Year's week as well as in the period of the ski holidays (February), the Casa can only be rented on a weekly basis, i.e. from Saturday to Saturday.
