Crap Sogn Gion - Crap Masegn (route no. 102)

This hike runs entirely over open terrain and is therefore very sunny in good weather. High up at over 2,000 meters, a fabulous mountain view awaits you.

From the valley station in Laax, take the cable car to the starting point of the hike at Crap Sogn Gion. Past snow parks where, with a bit of luck, you can watch a daredevil trick, you hike gently up along the mountain ridge. Your destination is the Crap Masegn mountain station, which is located in front of the summit of the same name. There are refreshment stops at both the starting point and the end of the hike. Once at the top, you can take the cable car back down to the valley.

The starting point, the mountain railway station Crap Sogn Gion, we reach from Laax valley station with the gondola. In the local excursion restaurant the Capalari, there is the possibility to strengthen us before or after the hike. From there, the path leads gently uphill, past the cable car station Plaun and the fun parks to the mountain railway station Crap Masegn, where the restaurant Elephant invites you to linger. Back to the valley, we return to the cable cars from Crap Sogn Gion.
