Laaxersee (circular walk)

"Ils lags" is Romansh for "the lakes." In this respect, the lake in the middle of the village has significantly contributed to the naming of Laax.

Next to the lake is a large playground for children. For those who love to relax, there is plenty of space on the lawn, and anyone wanting a bit of exercise can actively participate in beach volleyball. For a cool refreshment, the Laaxersee is just right; or you can simply enjoy the sun on a rental boat. The picnic area with a fire pit completes the offerings at Laaxersee. Naturally, you can also dine in the surrounding restaurants.
In winter, the lake serves as an ice skating rink for young and old when the ice cover is sufficiently thick.

The walking path starts at the parking lot at Laaxersee and goes around the lake for 1.4 km.
