Poesie der Natur im Kreis des Jahres - Meditationskurs

With the help of poetic texts, meditation and conversations - and found objects from river, rock, forest, meadow - we delve into the phenomenal world of nature that surrounds us and to which we ourselves belong.
Apart from the willingness to get involved in something new, no prerequisites are necessary.
The course takes place once a month. Registration for 3 evenings (starting on July 10 or October 9) - or just for both quarters. New course participants are welcome!
Course instructor: Gabrielle Susan Rüetschi, poet, movement therapist, teacher. Many years of meditation practice. Often out and about in nature, looking, listening, amazed, pondering.
