Beschreibung

You start this quite challenging tour at the parish church in Brigels. You ride to Tschuppina and at the fountain in front of the golf course parking you keep right. On the continuation you can visit the viewpoint Flanz with its magnificent panorama. Passing by Plaun Datschina you reach the street towards Waltensburg. You however turn left and follow the street to Andiast. Soon (at the mountain railway Curtiginet parking) you turn left again and follow the steep asphaltic street towards the artificial lake Gneida. About 200m after the lake you keep left again.

At the next switchback you turn left and cross the stream Ual da Foppas. Then you ascend a small distance (about 350m) on the old asphaltic alpine path. Now you let your bike slide over the meadow trail until you reach the asphaltic street (after having passed the chair lift). Soon you will be back in Brigels.

Visit the Flanz viewpoint with its magnificent panorama. A view down into the valley in free fall - of course well secured with a railing.

If you want to charge yourself and your e-bike , you can do so at the Ucliva restaurant/hotel in Waltensburg.

In case of uncertain weather conditions, the tour should not be undertaken. Weather changes in the mountains are frequent. If a rain front or similar comes up during the tour, you should turn around in time.
