Karl Kohler, the experienced cross-country skiing instructor, and Christa Jäger Ehrenzeller, former professional cross-country skier, are happy to help you learn an efficient cross-country skiing technique. On the beautiful trails in the Tamina Valley, you can practise your first steps as a newcomer or develop further as an experienced skier with their technique and training tips. With correctly executed movement sequences, you can enjoy the healthy whole-body workout in nature even more.
