From Flums station, walk along Bahnhofstrasse toward the village center. At Postplatz, turn left, follow the hiking trail signs, and reach St. Justus Church. The path then returns to Postplatz. On the hiking trail, pass the sports field along the Schils towards Gräpplang Castle ruin. For the way back, cross the bridge over the Schils and follow the Seez back to the station.
St. Justus Church (power spot): St. Justus Church is one of the most important cultural monuments in the canton of St. Gallen. The church is named after the martyr St. Justus, a ten-year-old French Christian boy beheaded by opponents of the faith. His head remained in Flums around 1036 due to a severe storm during its transfer to Pfäfers Monastery. Energetically, there are several strong power spots in and around the church.
Gräpplang Ruin (power spot): On the castle hill stands the ruin of the medieval knight's castle, which the Lords of Flums built around 1220 on the "crap long," the "long rock." In the large upper room of the accessible ruin and in the castle courtyard near the fireplace, one finds extraordinarily strong spots.
