From Flums train station, walk along Bahnhofstrasse towards the village center. Turn left at Postplatz and follow the hiking trail signs to reach St. Justus Church. The path then leads back to the Postplatz. The hiking trail takes you past the sports field and along the Schils to the Gräpplang castle ruins. To return, cross the bridge at the Schils and follow the Seez back to the station.
Church of St. Justus (place of power): The church of St. Justus is one of the most important cultural monuments in the canton of St. Gallen. The church is named after the martyr St. Justus, who was beheaded as a ten-year-old French Christian boy by opponents of the faith. His head remained in Flums around 1036 when he was transferred to Pfäfers Abbey due to a severe storm. There are several strong energy sites in and around the church.
Gräpplang ruins (energy site): The ruins of the knight's castle, which became famous in the Middle Ages and was built by the lords of Flums around 1220 on the "crap long", the "long rock", stand on the castle hill. In the large, upper room of the accessible ruins and in the castle courtyard by the fireplace you will find exceptionally strong places.
