From Flums train station, take the Bahnhofstrasse towards the village centre. On the Postplatz you turn left, follow the hiking trail signs and reach the church of St. Justus. The path then leads back to Postplatz. On the hiking trail you reach the sports field past the Schils along the castle ruin Gräpplang. For the way back, cross the bridge at the Schils and follow the Seez back to the train station.
Church of St. Justus (Kraftplatz): The Church of St. Justus is one of the most important cultural monuments in the canton of St. Gallen. The church is named after the martyr St. Justus, who as a ten-year-old French Christian boy is beheaded by opponents of the faith. His head remains in Flums around 1036 when he was transferred to Pfäfers Abbey due to a strong storm. Energetically, there are several strong power places in and around the church.
Ruin Gräpplang (power place): On the castle hill stands the ruin of the knight's castle, which became known in the Middle Ages, which the Lords of Flums built around 1220 on the "crap long", the "long rock". In the large, upper room of the walk-in ruin and in the castle courtyard by the fireplace you will find extraordinarily strong places.
