The house is located directly above the Sedrun train station in a beautiful location with a view of the mountains. The Valtgeva ski lifts can be reached in 40m on foot and thus the cable car to Cuolm da Vi with the ski area of Disentis. The train station can be reached in 4 minutes via the pedestrian underpass. This means that you can reach the valley station of the Andermatt-Sedrun ski area by cable car in no time at all.

The apartment has a south-facing balcony. In the neighboring house there is an underground parking space, which belongs to the apartment. No pets are allowed and smoking is not allowed in the entire house. Skis can be deposited overnight in the underground car park at the car park.
