The hike follows the marked trail from Valchava to Furom near Fuldera. There is the cross-country skiing center with bistro and sun terrace. The hiking trail is groomed so that it can also be used with cross-country skis.

From the PostAuto stop Valchava, cumün, you walk past the Chasa Jaura museum, the evangelical chapel, then up to the right to the hamlet of Puoz. From there the path gently ascends through the snowy meadows past the village of Valchava. You enter a bright pine and larch forest. There you cross the forest road where many bikers race towards Val Mora in the summer. The winter hiking loops lead through the forest over a small wooden bridge to a forest clearing. There the valley opens and the village of Fuldera with its plain comes into view. Past the LIFU (baby lift Fuldera), you cross the cantonal road and your destination, the cross-country skiing center Furom, is reached.

With the Rhaetian Railway (from Chur, Landquart/Prättigau or Upper Engadin) hourly to Zernez.
By PostAuto from Zernez to Valchava.
Anreise Information
From the north: via Landquart – Klosters by car shuttle through the Vereina Tunnel (Selfranga - Sagliains) or via the Flüela Pass to Zernez on H27. From Zernez on H28 into Val Müstair to Valchava.
From the south and east: via Reschen Pass (Nauders) or Bolzano on SS40 to Mals. From Mals on SS41 to the Swiss border at Müstair. From Müstair on H28 to Valchava.
