35.11 Walserweg Graubünden stage 11: Alp Flix - Chamonas d'Ela

The chapel San Roc belongs to the former Walser settlement Alp Flix, as do the sheep cheese, the moor lakes, and the species-rich hay meadows. Former manganese mining area near Parsettens. The Merengue at Alp d'Err strengthens you for the ascent to the "Laiets" (lakes) near the Pass d'Ela.

Attention: Good orientation skills are required at the "Laiets", below the Pass d'Ela, in bad weather.
