Anfahrt

Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel

Slowly like a tram, the Arosa train rattles through Chur, past the city wall, Malteserturm, and Obertor, the landmark of the capital of Graubünden. But soon the city stroll on rails is over. At the city limits, the Arosa train changes into a mountain railway and winds through the wild Schanfigg valley up to the famous holiday resort Arosa. On the only 26 km long route, the train climbs over a thousand meters.

Anreise Information

From Chur it takes about 40 minutes uphill on a winding road. The Schanfiggerstrasse snakes through the valley and over 30 km and around 360 curves overcomes 1320 m of elevation difference.

Parken

Right next to the starting point is the Ochsenbühl parking garage.
