You can ski almost to the house. The beautiful Lake "Heidsee" offers a Lido: sailing and surfing school and various water sports and is located 700 m from the house. Tennis courts (fees apply ) are located 200 meters away. Anfahrt
Entering Lenzerheide fom Chur, turn right into the Voa Sporz. Past the Zentrum Lai shopping center, turn right again into the Voa davos Lai (Seestrasse). After about 100m, turn left towards Fadail and keep left to Haus Parc Linard A Access: necessary in cases of extreme snowfall possibly snow chains.
