The peculiarity of the old mill (rumantsch surmiran: Mulegn Vigl) is the combination of a stone mill with a roller mill in a small space. In 1975, the mills were extensively renovated and placed under federal monument protection.
Beschreibung
The two systems are functional and interconnected. They can be driven together via the water wheel. The old mill stands in the Saloufer village of Mulegn on the stream of the Balandegn. On early request, the mill can be visited by groups.
