The chalet is located in Flond in a beautiful panoramic location. In winter, it is possible to ski down to the house in good snow conditions. The skis can be deposited in front of the house and the ski boots can be stored in the boiler room to dry. In summer there is a sunbed on request as well as garden table and chairs in front of the house. Parking is available directly in front of the house.

The chalet is about 200 m from the post office. The valley station of the cable car in Valata is 2.5 km away. To Obersaxen-Meierhof, to the Rufalipark in Obersaxen-Misanenga and to Ilanz - First Town on the Rhine - each 5.5 km.
