Beschreibung

The hike begins at the Prätschli bus stop. A leveled natural trail first leads through a dreamy spruce forest to the mid-station. From the peace in the forest you now come right into the hiking and ski area, which presents itself as green meadows with grazing cows in summer. The hike can be continued via the Tschuggenhütte down to the Arosa mountain chapel and into the village. If you like it leisurely, you can optionally shorten the hike by taking the Weisshorn gondola from the mid-station back into the village.

Geheimtipp

A stop at Arosa Bearland - The Arosa Bearland is an experience for young and old. The bear residents Sam, Jamila, Amelia & Meimo are at the center. The Arosa Bearland gives bears that could be rescued from poor conditions a species-appropriate home.

Ausrüstung

The hiking trail is only accessible with the JST.

The JST Mountain Drive - an ideal companion for independent excursions. An all-terrain electric wheelchair specially developed for natural mountain hiking trails, coarse gravel, path steps, and cobblestones. Thanks to two strong electric motors and the robust construction of the wheelchair, uneven hiking trails, steep inclines, and also long natural surface sections can be easily traversed.

The Arosa Bergbahnen AG has two models available for rent as needed.

Pick-up & return at the mid-station.

Good footwear and weather-appropriate clothing are recommended.
