The sensory journey is an ideal experience to share in the intimacy of the family. It is the ideal proposal to teach children to know, love and respect mother nature.
The HARMONY path, set up in the fairy forest of Garbella, offers a moment of deep exchange and reconnection with nature of which man is an inseparable part. Scents, shapes, colors, sensations and sounds stimulate perception, increase vital energy and inner peace. The route should be done barefoot precisely to facilitate this journey from the outer world to the inner world.
Each yoga position should be held for 6-8 breaths and if asymmetrical repeated on both sides.
