Beschreibung

The hike begins at Untersee Arosa on the old postal road. Shortly after, you have a wonderful view of the reservoir, the Schiesshorn, and the Furggahörner peaks. The path continues along the Plessur through the forest to Litzirüti, where a shortcut via a narrow, romantically wild path leads hikers under the 62m high Langwies Viaduct. The view from it can be enjoyed on the return journey to Arosa from the window of the Rhaetian Railway train.

Anfahrt

Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel

The hiking route leads from Untersee Arosa to Langwies station. Untersee is accessible by the Rhaetian Railway and the local bus in Arosa. Langwies station is also served by the Rhaetian Railway. Trains run hourly in both directions.

Anreise Information

From Chur, follow the signs to Arosa. Langwies station is signposted. To reach Untersee Arosa, drive to Arosa and turn left before the gas station. Follow the road down to Untersee.

Parken

There are a few parking spaces at Langwies station. At Untersee in Arosa, there is only a limited number of parking spaces. Therefore, it is recommended to park at the Ochsenbühl parking lot and either take the local bus to Untersee or walk. You can find more information here.
