Cheese, Herbs, Skill While other holiday evenings end with a fondue, you will prepare the meal yourself this evening. Corina Jäger, a certified wild herb educator, will guide you through the production of fresh cheese and show you which herbs grow around Arosa that you won't find in any supermarket. You will go home with the cheese, the pesto, and the knowledge of how both are made. Advance registration is preferred.
