EXPERIENCE | EXHIBITION

Inspired by Andy Warhol's statement: "All department stores become museums and all museums become department stores", established and up-and-coming, mostly Swiss artists exhibit their works in the shop windows provided by dealers.

Every year, for one month at a time, the city centres of Aarau, Lausanne, La Chaux-de-Fonds, Neuchâtel, Sion and Zurich become an open-air gallery day and night. Since 2025, Davos has also been part of it as an exhibition venue.

This artistic window shopping brings together cultural and economic actors and establishes a network between cities.

Procedure Vernissage:

Meeting point at 2.00 p.m. at the village square (Restaurant LOKAL)

Guided tour of the exhibition (from Käse Käch to Bahnhof Dorf), accompanied by participating artists

followed by an aperitif at the Seehof Seeli (in case of bad weather in the Paarsenn Sport shop, also located at the Seehof Seeli)

review of the first edition of the Arty Show in Davos in a talk with participating artists,
