Ausstellung: "Wolfsjagd im Safiental in früheren Jahrhunderten" in Camanaboda

The wolf was systematically hunted in earlier centuries. It was considered a harmful predator throughout Europe and was persecuted with the aim of extermination. After the wolf had already been exterminated in Graubünden around 1850, it was hardly assumed that the topic of wolf hunting in the Safien Valley would be as topical a hundred years later as it is today in 2025.

The small but fine cabinet exhibition shows part of a historical wolf trapping net from the Safien Valley and how wolf hunting was also practiced in the Safien Valley in earlier centuries.
