Benches Panorama Trail Muottas-Muragl - Alp Languard

This excursion combines pleasures like no other: the journey in the picturesque funicular, the most beautiful view over the Engadin lake landscape and the Bernina massif and finally this panoramic path, which leads comfortably through pine forests and past gnarled stone pine roots around the Schafberg. The magnificent panorama of the Bernina chain is always in view. Halfway down the path, below the path, is the small, cozy restaurant "Unterer Schafberg", which invites you to take a break. The path continues along the slope, through a protective tunnel and on the ascent to Alp Languard you do get a little out of breath, which is reason enough for a piece of cake at the top and breathtaking views of the panorama. And possibly a good excuse to give in to comfort and take the chairlift down to Pontresina. Walking time approx. 2 1/2 hours, altitude difference 150 m
