Bernina Trek classic: Stage 4 Chamanna Coaz-Chamanna da Tschierva

On one of the most beautiful high-altitude trails in the Alps, you hike high above the Val Roseg. After about an hour, the mountain trail leads you down to the Roseg Glacier restaurant. Just before the Roseg Glacier restaurant, the path branches off to the right over the bridge and climbs along the opposite slope up to the Chamanna da Tschierva. Chamanna da Tschierva is the starting point of the well-known Bianco ridge to Piz Bernina, the only 4000 meter peak in Graubünden and the Eastern Alps.

Glacier Experience Trail: The circular route leads visitors to lakes, glacier potholes, and a glacier gate, all set against the impressive backdrop of the Bernina mountains.
