The two lakes are located in the Avers side valley of Val Madrisch just a few hundred metres from the Italian border at 2520 metres above sea level.
Beschreibung
The lake is a popular destination for hikers and mountain lake fishermen. The ascent from the car park at Hohenhaus in Val Madrisch takes around 2.5 hours.

Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel
Val Madrisch is not accessible by public transport. The nearest bus stop is in Cröt (Avers-Cröt stop).
Anfahrt
On the A13/E43 motorway, take exit no. 26 towards Avers-Juf/Ferrera and follow the signs to Avers-Juf. At Campsut-Cröt, take the turn-off to Val Madrisch (Madris). Plan your journey with the Google route planner.
Parken
There is a free car park at the Hohenhaus in Val Madrisch(location Google Maps).
