Three modern chalet-style buildings, only completed in 2023, with exterior cladding of black wood and glass, house five studios and six larger "modern designer apartments". Each of the six larger apartments has its own sauna facility and all studios and apartments can use the in-house wellness/spa facility (from summer 2024), which is located on the ground floor of House A directly behind the entrance, reception and ski/bike room. The house is located directly in front of the pine forest, in which the treetop walk from Laax to Murschetg now also runs. All apartments have sunny balconies and the largest possible glass fronts with a view of the magnificent mountain view to the south.
