The tour runs along enjoyable forest roads or side roads.

In case of uncertain weather conditions, the tour should not be started/reserved. Weather changes in the mountains are frequent.

Hiking boots or sports shoes with tread or trekking shoes, weather-appropriate clothing (rain jacket/sun protection), possibly Hiking poles.

Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel

Take the RhB to Ilanz, then take the post bus to Surcuolm, Cavrida. A 5-minute walk to the Valata restaurant at the valley station of the mountain railways (cable car from Valata closed in summer)

From Ilanz in the direction of Obersaxen, take a turn-off at Valata and drive to the valley station in Valata.

The traditional newly converted guest house with apartment is located in the mountain village of Surcuolm, in the middle of the ski resort Obersaxen Mundaun-Val Lumnezia. The excellent location at the end of the toboggan run/valley run Piz Mundaun allows access for all guests.

In summer, an attractive hiking and biking area is available on the doorstep.

The inn has two rooms with a total of 30-35 seats, a new modern gastro kitchen and a natural sun terrace with a panoramic view.
