The apartment is located on the 3rd floor and can be reached by stairs, as well as by elevator from the ground floor or the underground garage. A parking space in the underground garage belongs to the apartment and is included in the price. In the house there is a ski and snowboard room as well as a sports shop with bike, climbing equipment, ski and snowboard rental. In the apartment there is a washing machine, as well as a tumble dryer for use. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a glass ceramic stove, an oven, a large fridge with freezer, a dishwasher, a coffee machine, a microwave, as well as a racelette oven and fondue dishes. On the south-facing balcony there is a table with two chairs. Unfortunately, smoking and pets are not allowed in this apartment.
