The Chapel of Our Lady of Loreto in Bodio, richly decorated, is flanked by a house decorated with late Baroque frescoes from the XVIII century.

An enchanting corner of history and art not to be missed. In the fascinating scene depicted on the main façade of the chapel, the Holy Family inhabits the Holy House, which, according to legend, was brought to Loreto by angels from Nazareth. The Madonna cradles Jesus, while St. Joseph, a carpenter, works on a log. A workbench with a vise and other small devices in the painting betray the artist's attention to detail.
