The eighteenth-century chapel dedicated to St. John of Napomuceno stands in the middle of a harmonious group of houses on the banks of the Calancasca River.
Beschreibung
The Chapel of St. John of Nepomuk was built around 1710-1720 and is located just behind the Roman bridge, also known as the "Bridge of Friendship". The stone arch bridge over the Calancasca River was part of the old valley road, built in 1831 for an important economic purpose: to facilitate the transport of valuable wood.
