Beautiful guild restaurant in the former Hotel Casutt. The restaurant is divided into a beautiful rustic pub (Ustria Casutt) and an elegant gourmet restaurant (Sala Casutt). What Therese and Linus get out of themselves is admirable. Be it the innovative decoration by Therese Arpagaus, which never ceases to amaze, or the dishes prepared with great passion and joy, by Linus Arpagaus and his team. Everything that comes out of his kitchen, he has made with his crew. Products from far and near are united. Capuns, Pizochels, Bramata (polenta), black risotto from Italy, duck liver from France, reindeer from Norway, young pigs from Ormalingen, etc. Therese Arpagaus and the whole service team embody exactly the right, honest and warm hospitality that makes a meal in the rustic Stivas perfect. In addition to the gourmet restaurant, there is a simple pub in a separate restaurant.
