The cosy one-room apartment was planned and installed in 1972 by the award-winning Flims architect Rudolf Olgiati. Beautiful south facing views of the garden and the mountains beyond. There is a bathroom with bath/shower and a separate toilet. The apartment also has an outdoor parking space, directly in front of the house.
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this apartment. Smoking is prohibited in the apartment, but smoking is allowed on the terrace.
Preise
Bed linen, final cleaning and a set of terry towels per person are included in the total price, as well as the tourist tax.
