With the free local bus you can reach the valley station of the mountain railways in Laax in a few minutes, the bus stop is only 200m away. The surrounding garden can be used for playing, sunbathing or barbecuing. Barbecue and garden furniture are at your disposal. In winter, the ski room in the basement offers you the opportunity to store your winter sports equipment indoors. Unfortunately, smoking or bringing pets is not allowed in this apartment. Unfortunately, youth groups (up to the age of 20) are also not accepted.
