Haselstein has served as a cultural castle for the Schams region and as the basis for castle preservation in Graubünden since 1983.
Beschreibung
The castle was built around 1273 by Heinrich von Reischen. It was probably abandoned around the middle of the 14th century and fell into disrepair over the years. From 1970, it was reconstructed using the original remains of the walls. Since 2016, the castle has been owned by the Pro Castellis organisation. The castle is only accessible on request.
