Historic town house with 5 (winter) to 10 (summer) bedrooms (11-16 beds).
Heated in winter with tiled stoves and pellet stoves.
Three bathrooms and WC on the ground floor.
The kitchen-cum-living room has a wood-burning cooker and a glass-ceramic cooker.
Tenants bring their own bed linen and towels.
Lots of games, football pitch and garden with table tennis table (summer).
Heating: No central heating!
Pellet stoves in the large entrance hall and on the upper floor for basic heating, automatically controlled, but to be filled and maintained by hand.
Tiled stove in the living room, tiled stoves in the bedrooms. In addition: fan heaters in the bathrooms, small gas stove in the kitchen, mobile electric stoves. Heating material (wood, bark briquettes, wood pellets) are stored in the stable.
Preise
The rent is charged per night, irrespective of the number of guests.
In addition to the rent, guests pay the visitors' tax (adults: CHF 3; 6–12y: CHF 1.50) and in the winter season a heating fee of CHF 25 per night plus 3.50 for each room.
Options: bedding and towels (CHF 10/person); final cleaning (CHF 100–250)
