Beschreibung

You climb the Piz Mundaun in a spiral. A varied route and fantastic views await us on this hike. From Surcuolm, a forest and meadow path leads us to the Bündner Rigi inn. There we have the opportunity to take a coffee break. Via S. Carli we reach the Val Lumnezia valley where we are surprised by a fantastic view into the valley of light. The last stage to the summit takes us over the Fantanuglias. Once at the top, a visit to the Piz Mundaun platform, the highest point of the hike, is a must. The route continues comfortably by chairlift or on foot in the direction of Cuolm Sura. From there it's back to the starting point.

Geheimtipp

Thanks to the panorama boards on the summit, the mountain peaks in the Surselva and in the distance can be easily explored when visibility is good. The Bündner Rigi, the Piz Mundaun summit hut or the Cuolm Sura mountain restaurant invite you to take a break.

Sicherheitshinweis

The tour should not be undertaken in uncertain weather conditions. Weather changes are frequent in the mountains. If a rain front or similar is approaching during the hike, you should turn back in good time.
