From Davos, the route leads over a forest road to the beautifully situated show dairy Clavadeler Alp. Here you learn firsthand how cheese is produced from cow's milk. Afterwards the route continues over natural paths to the Ischalp. From here, advanced bikers have the option to return to Davos on a flowy singletrail. The comfortable option is the proposed forest road through the Mattawald.
