Very nice and quietly located vacation apartment in a multi-family house above Flims village in south facing position and wonderful view of Flims and the Signina mountains. The entire apartment has underfloor heating. The living room is also the access to the covered terrace and the garden. In the garden you can enjoy the sun and barbecue in summer. The apartment is also the ideal starting point for sports enthusiasts, whether hiking, biking or winter sports. Because the ski slope leads almost to the house, as well as the hiking trails. Access to the apartment is via the stairs over the main entrance or the underground garage, in which 2 parking spaces are reserved for the apartment. In the basement of the house there is a ski room and a laundry room with washing machine and dryer. Baby crib and high chair are available on request, but you must bring your own bedding for the travel cot. Smoking or bringing pets is unfortunately not allowed in this apartment.
