The Crest da Tiarms Trail is a challenging single trail in alpine terrain. It starts off spectacularly along the ridge, then continues over technical descents with short climbs far away from civilisation. Not for the faint-hearted!

Beschreibung
The gondola from Laax Murschetg takes you up to Crap Sogn Gion. From there, the gravel road climbs steadily for about 45 minutes to Crap Masegn. Now the adventure begins: the Crap da Tiarms Trail winds spectacularly along the ridge, where technical sections alternate with short climbs and passages where you have to push your bike. At one point, you have to hoist your bike over a short rocky outcrop – not for the faint-hearted or those with weak calves!
After this trail, follow the alpine road to the Ual da Mulin Trail. Now it's time for a trail party in the forest and on soft ground. The best way to continue the tour is via Siat down to Ilanz – the first town on the Rhine. From here, you can easily take the post bus back to Flims Laax. You can find the complete tour here.

Sicherheitshinweis
Good footwear recommended: there are a few sections where you will need to push your bike on alpine terrain.
You should be able to handle exposed trails and switchbacks.

Anreise Information
Take the A13 motorway to Chur and continue to exit no. 18 "Reichenau". From there, head towards Laax. Use the car park at the valley station in Laax Murschetg.
