Snow-covered, quiet mountain forests, a truly Nordic feeling, and breathtaking views await you on this trail. On just under 16 kilometers and 170 meters of elevation, some stamina is required, but the ascents and descents are long and gentle.

Ausrüstung
The Flims cross-country skiing center is located in Flims Unterwaldhaus towards Lieptgas. Lockers and toilets are available for free use. Cross-country skis and equipment can also be rented. Snacks, hot and cold drinks are also offered.
Wegbeschreibung
You can start either at the cross-country skiing center on the outskirts of Flims or the Prau La Selva sports center. Both points are accessible by public transport, and there is also sufficient parking available. From there, your route leads to the excursion restaurant Conn, where you can stop for a break and warm up. A short detour on foot to the viewing platform "il Spir" is also recommended here. From the futuristic platform, you get a fascinating view of the Rhine Valley.
