To mark the 25th anniversary of the construction of the retaining wall and the Salecina Holiday and Education Center in Maloja-Orden, a competition was held for the artistic design of the retaining wall.At a meeting in Salecina, various individuals and groups, including interested residents of Bregaglia, gave preference to Gottfried Honegger's project: 9 columns painted in rainbow colors to be placed on the wall. Culur was inaugurated with a ceremony on August 9, 1997.
