Beschreibung

We start at the Oberalp Pass first on the pass road and then on a freshly built single trail.  At the height of Alp Milez we change to a traffic-free road that leads to the Curnera reservoir. The Val Curnera, lined with rugged rocks, is the treasure trove of the local blasters. Here they toil and blast, so don't be alarmed if there's a bang. And don't worry, we always move on the safe side.  After the descent to Tschamut, after the chapel, we go straight down to the golf course of Selva, the first golf course on the Rhine. Again, there is no danger because of balls flying around. There are good players on the field. It is now almost romantic through the forest to Plaun Miez and those who are not in a hurry descend in between to look for mushrooms. The highlight comes at the end. Namely the bathing lake Lag da Claus in Surrein, where we can wash off the sweat with a jump into the water.

Geheimtipp

Take your swimming trunks with you. The water of the bathing lake Lag da Claus has exactly the right temperature.

On the golf course in Selva, the restaurant is open from mid-May to mid-October.

Sicherheitshinweis

At the start at the Oberalp Pass we stay the first 500 meters on the pass road, because the hiking trail towards Lake Tomasee is very busy.

Wegbeschreibung

We drive the first 500 meters on the pass road downhill, then change to a single trail to Alp Milez. As soon as the road is reached, we follow it to the striking curve above Tschamut. This is followed by a single trail down to the Rhine, which we cross.  On the opposite side it goes up to Tschamut and after a few meters on the pass route we follow the hiking trail to the right, down to the golf course. Before the village we turn right and cross the Rhine again. After the forest we reach a road again at Plaun Miez. This is followed by an ascent to another turn to the left on a single trail to Surrein. In Surrein we drive past the chapel and through the village. The bathing lake is on the right side. The last ascent to Sedrun leads over a low-traffic road.
