With a lot of heart and soul for the beautiful profession, our 4 bakers-confectioners, Jürg, Livia, Tabea and Denise, make all delicacies (except the butter, wholemeal and pretzel croissants) by hand. And if you have ever tried our cream slices made from the best butter puff pastry, you know why they are sometimes sold out so early....it's worth making a reservation!
At lunchtime, the service team Jana, Dennis, Claudia, Esther & Sandra will spoil you with small snacks from our bakery, daily menu, fresh salads and varied dishes from our Portuguese chef Eduardo; Uuu fine how he incorporates Mediterranean cuisine into home-style Swiss cuisine!
