Dancing for Adults

In this course, warm-up exercises, gentle training, and creative choreography come together to create a holistic experience. The focus is on strength, flexibility, and expression, combined with elements from ballet and contemporary dance. To conclude, a short relaxation phase provides inner calm and balance. Whether with prior knowledge or as a newcomer – everyone is welcome who wants to experience the joy of movement and music.

Please note: Courses will take place with a minimum of three participants. As the number of places is limited, we recommend registering early.

Cost: CHF 40.00 per person and course unit.
