The living and sleeping areas are designed as one large, connected space.
The bathroom is separate and equipped with a toilet and large shower.

A 10m² balcony also belongs to the loft.

The elevated location offers a sweeping view over Mels. In addition, there is a shared natural pool and sauna on the grounds, as well as a barbecue area.
