Beschreibung

From Tannenboden, follow the red-marked route "478 Alp Fursch Bike" via Gafrida to Alp Prod. Along the way, you pass over flat and raised moors of national importance on a solid road. These natural monuments are especially impressive in early summer and autumn for their blossoms. From Alp Prod, the path winds upwards at a very pleasant gradient towards Panüöl, where you are repeatedly rewarded with wonderful views over the rugged Schilstal. At Panüöl, most of the pleasure route is done. The last two kilometers lead gently up and down on a solid gravel road to Alp Fursch. Welcome to the sunny mountain inn!

The return trip is along the same, very little-used road back to Alp Prod and from there with a small additional loop via Tannenbodenalp back to Tannenboden.

Normal bike equipment. Functional clothing is advantageous since a long ascent is followed by an equally long descent.

Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel

You can reach Tannenheim or Tannenbodenalp from Zurich using public transport in about one and a half hours.

Anreise Information

Follow the signs from the Flums motorway exit to Flumserberg Tannenheim or Flumserberg Tannenbodenalp.

Parken

Parking at Tannenheim or Tannenbodenalp (paid)

Parking is charged from 07:00 to 17:00. From 17:00 to 02:00, you may park your car for free.

From 02:00 to 07:00 there is a night parking ban. There are enough night parking spaces in the Tannenboden parking garage or in Tannenheim.

The night parking lot can be used for a fee, but camping is prohibited.
