An idyllic trail leads from the village through the forest to Maran and makes many hearts beat faster along the way. Squirrels and birds are very tame and will eat directly from your hand. Over 1.7 km, you can observe and study the cute animals. Information boards with child-friendly puzzles convey exciting knowledge about the forest inhabitants. Near the end of the trail, a large barbecue area awaits you. Arosa Tourism offers an exciting puzzle booklet about the Eichhörnliweg.
Geheimtipp
Sicherheitshinweis
Arosa strives to provide hikers with a well-developed and marked hiking trail network. Please adhere to the rules and signs. You will find more helpful tips under the hiking information.
Ausrüstung
The path leads almost exclusively through the forest. Although the sun's rays occasionally break through gaps between the fir branches, it is somewhat cooler there than in the full sun. Of course, the hike is also a good option for bad weather.
Weather-appropriate clothing is recommended.
