The beautiful detached house is located at a quiet location with a direct access to the ski lift and slope from which the whole ski resort Lenzerheide-Arosa can be reached. It has a large garden (1000qm2) with a sun terrace, a large parking area and a garage. Exactly opposite to the house there you will find the bus station from where you can reach the village centre in a few minutes (free of charge).
