The 2.5 - room apartment (60 m2) is on the ground floor in a detached two-family house in the fraction Clavaniev. The house is situated in a beautiful location with a view to the south. From the balcony you have a beautiful view of the mountain panorama of the Medelser Glacier. The apartment is located directly on the Surselva long-distance hiking trail from the Oberalp Pass to Chur.
There is a parking space available. Skis and bicycles can be deposited in the basement or at the entrance to the house.
Pets are not allowed and smoking is not allowed in the whole house.
