The apartment is a 5-minute walk from the valley station of the Obersaxen mountain railways. In the evening, you can ski down the home slope almost to the front door. In summer, the wonderful hiking and biking area of Obersaxen/Val Lumnezia and the Rufalipark with swimming lake can be reached in 5 minutes on foot. A private parking space is available in the underground car park opposite, including an e-charging station. Guest parking spaces are located directly on the street. Dogs are welcome.
