Outside numbered parking space just in front of the house. The landlady lives in Brigels and can be reached personally on site in case of emergency. The manageable ski area/mountain railways, the sports facilities (swimming lake, mini golf course, ...) and the shopping facilities in the wonderful mountain village of Brigels with its excellent restaurants are within walking distance. Free local bus in winter, nearest stop 200 meters from the house. In summer, free hiking shuttle bus from Brigels-Waltensburg-Andiast and back. Last renovation 2023 new windows and blinds. 1 parking space is available free of charge. Pets not allowed. Non-smoking apartment. On arrival there is a rubbish bag, washing-up liquid/dish powder, kitchen paper and two toilet paper rolls. Snow removal to the front door by caretaker.
